In my current role within the Finance division of Ferguson Enterprises, I operate as a liaison between groups, strategically weaving existing and newly created learning initiatives into the fabric of the associates’ day-to-day activities. I have spearheaded sales enablement projects and managed several onboarding programs. Additionally, I have been responsible for communications coming from the Finance group while aligning with designers and stakeholders to curate innovative and engaging training content for sales leaders and teammates. I have a proven track record of collaborating globally and cross-functionally to identify training needs, develop effective training programs, create engaging learning content, and build high-performing teams and effective leaders that deliver exceptional results.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a four-time self-published author, further demonstrating my creativity, determination, and ability to communicate effectively. I am passionate about being a resource to others and ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. The Learning & Development and Sales Enablement industries are particularly appealing to me because both allow me the unique opportunity to return to my love of communication and storytelling through writing and varied learning media creation while providing teammates with the information, support, and guidance they need to excel in their roles and deliver best-in-class products and experiences to customers and external stakeholders.
